About RightWay Tuition
Our Story
Rightway tuition was born not out of a business plan, but out of a deeply personal belief: that the education system, as it exists today, is missing something fundamental. It is producing students who know answers but not ideas, who score marks but lack meaning, who study because they are told to — not because they understand why it matters.
We are an educator couple based in Panavally, Poochakal — two people who have spent years learning, teaching, observing, and asking ourselves: what does it actually take for a student to truly succeed? The answer we kept arriving at was not better notes or more practice papers. It was mentorship. Genuine, purposeful, one-mind-to-another mentorship.
So we built Rightway tuition around that answer. And everything we do — every class, every conversation, every strategy — flows from it.
We are passionate about mentoring. Not in the abstract, inspirational-poster sense — but in the deeply practical sense of sitting with a student who is stuck, understanding exactly where their thinking breaks down, and rebuilding it in a way that makes sense to them, not just on paper.
We chose to be in Panavally, Poochakal because we believe great education should not be exclusive to cities. Every student here deserves the same quality of guidance, the same depth of mentoring, and the same opportunity to grow as any student anywhere in the world.
The Problem We Exist to Solve
We are living through the 4th Industrial Revolution — a moment in history where Artificial Intelligence, automation, and exponential change are reshaping every field, every profession, and every idea of what the future looks like. In this world, the most critical skill a young person can possess is not any particular subject knowledge. It is the ability to think, adapt, and keep learning.
And yet, our education system often does the opposite of preparing students for this. It teaches them what to think, not how to think. It rewards memorisation over understanding, performance over process, and compliance over curiosity.
Parents, understandably anxious about results, push children to study harder. Schools, constrained by curriculum timelines, push students to cover more. Students, caught in the middle, study without clarity, write exams without confidence, and often emerge from the experience without knowing who they are or what they are capable of.
“The most powerful question in education is not ‘What did you study?’ It is ‘Why does it matter to you?’ When a student can answer that, everything changes.”
This is the problem Rightway exists to solve. We help students find their WHY — their personal, deeply felt reason to engage with education. Once that is in place, the work of studying becomes purposeful, the challenges become navigable, and the results take care of themselves.
The Mentoring Learning Method
Conventional tuition teaches students to answer questions. The Mentoring Learning Method teaches students to ask better questions. It develops the kind of student who does not wait to be told what to do but instead understands what needs to be done and why — and then does it with precision.
In practice, this looks like:
- Personalised learning conversations before diving into content
- Concept-first teaching — we never skip the ‘why’ to get to the ‘how’
- Socratic questioning that encourages students to think aloud and challenge their own assumptions
- Regular reflection exercises so students understand their own progress
- Building metacognitive skills — the ability to think about one’s own thinking
- Collaborative problem-solving that mirrors real-world thinking
Our Vision
To build a community of young learners in Panavally, Poochakal and beyond — students who are not just academically capable, but genuinely curious, self-aware, and equipped to thrive in a world that demands continuous growth.
Our Mission
To guide every student through a transformative academic experience that develops their intellect, reveals their potential, and instils the lifelong love of learning that will carry them far beyond the classroom.
“RightWay tuition is not a shortcut to better marks. It is the long road to becoming a better thinker — which, in the end, is the fastest route to everything worth achieving.”

Because your child deserves more than a tuition centre. They deserve a mentor.
With so many tuition options available, choosing the right one is not easy. Here is an honest comparison to help you decide:
At most tuition centres…
- Students are taught what to think.
- Sessions are rushed to cover syllabus.
- Doubt clearing happens when time allows.
- Progress is measured only by marks.
- Students are passive recipients of information.
- Teachers teach. Students listen.
At Rightway…
- Students are mentored to think for themselves.
- Sessions are paced to ensure genuine understanding.
- Questions are welcomed as the starting point of every session.
- Progress is measured by clarity, confidence, and critical thinking.
- Students are active participants in constructing understanding.
- Mentors guide. Students discover.
“Grades are the evidence of learning. They are not the goal. We focus on the learning — and let the grades follow.”
